Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

A favorite for all, this creamy but fruity smoothie is light and full of flavor. Using organic, non-GMO silken tofu adds a punch of protein, and the absence of dairy can make it easier to digest.

Ingredients you'll need:

  • 1⁄2 banana
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1⁄2 cup berry juice
  • 1⁄4 cup soft silken tofu
  • Squeeze of lemon juice, to taste
  • Agave nectar, to taste

How to prepare:

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes 1 (13-ounce) smoothie.
